Having worked in organisation of all sizes and across many verticals, with over 20 years' experience in implementing systems to support business processes and financial systems.

My engineering and design background often helps me to approach and  visualise clients process enhancement requirement,  via customised solution or Off the shelf systems to meet their needs. I particularly like to ensure that the solution is elegant and simple. 

One of the most personally rewarding aspect of the work I've done to date would be in helping organisations introduce off shoring successfully. The challenges of: adoption of co culture, mentoring for process/ application knowledge or  keeping the team attrition rate low is something that I have found personally rewarding. Its given me the chance to share my knowledge and experience.
